SciKeys Association is committed to developing its volunteer teams and building staff capacity. Therefore, we participated in the “StepUp” training program. Violet Organization launched and hosted this initiative.

This participation reflects our core vision. We deeply believe in investing in human resources. This ensures the delivery of impactful and sustainable community projects.

What is the “StepUp” Program?

“StepUp” is a comprehensive and specialized training initiative. It operates through parallel tracks to build the capacities of youth and volunteer teams. It aims to develop individuals’ skills and enhance teams’ readiness to transform theoretical ideas into viable and sustainable community initiatives.

The program focuses on several core areas, notably:

  • Fostering youth leadership and responsible volunteering.
  • Training in project management and sustainable planning.
  • Designing initiatives centered around actual community needs.
  • Developing communication skills, media management, and public presence.

SciKeys Representation in the “Designing Community Initiatives” Training

Our first training milestone within this pioneering program began with an intensive and interactive workshop titled “Designing Community Initiatives.” SciKeys Association was represented in this specialized training by our colleagues: Mrs. Nour Matar and Mrs. Azza Sharba.

The training included practical applications on how to elevate initiatives from a mere idea to a tangible community impact. Discussions covered mechanisms for clearly defining objectives and analyzing target groups. We also explored building realistic action plans for success. Impactful initiatives are not born by chance; they are built step by step.

Investing in Volunteer Teams: A Goal, Not a Means

At SciKeys Association, we believe that real change begins with a single step. Developing our team‘s specialized skills is the cornerstone of our journey. Participating in such programs refines our volunteers’ skills. This directly improves the quality of services and projects we provide to our audience.

In conclusion, SciKeys Association extends its sincere thanks to the Violet Organization. We appreciate their efforts in designing this outstanding program. Thank you for providing this valuable training opportunity to our staff. We eagerly look forward to translating these outcomes into practical initiatives. We also hope for further fruitful cooperation to serve our community.
